Cancellation Policy
To cancel your NZ PEDICON & HARCON 2024 registration, please email the conference secretariat at nzpediconharcon2024@gmail.com. Ensure you include your registration number in the subject line and use the email address you used for registration.
Cancellation Policy
- Before August 30, 2024: 25% of the gross registration fee (excluding GST)
- Between September 1, 2024, and September 30, 2024: 50% of the gross registration fee (excluding GST)
- Between October 1, 2024, and October 16, 2024: 75% of the gross registration fee (excluding GST)
- After October 16, 2024: Non-refundable
Additional Details:
- Refunds will be processed within 6 weeks after the conference.
- The timestamp of your email will be used to determine the official cancellation date.
- GST is non-refundable for all cancellations.
Terms & Conditions
- Registration Requirement: All delegates, including accompanying children, must register. Children under 5 years: Register for logistical/security reasons (no fee). Children 5 years and older: Register under the accompanying delegate category (excluding GST).
- PG Students: Must submit a bona fide certificate from their Head of Department/Institution with the registration form.
- Non-Transferable: Registration cannot be transferred to another person.
- GST Changes: GST rates may change and will apply as per the latest rates.
- Refunds: Only the base registration amount is refundable. GST and card payment charges are not included in refunds.
- Photo ID: Required for all delegates for venue security.
- Delegate Kit: Must present the delegate badge to collect the kit bag. Kits are only provided to registered delegates.
- Spot Registrations: Kits are available subject to availability.
- Force Majeure: The organizer is not liable for cancellations or rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19.
- Event Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled, no cancellation fees will apply to the gross amount (excluding GST and card payment charges) if the new dates are inconvenient.
